Gratefully receiving our clean and neatly folded washing we enquired about where to buy the maps we were missing of Kazakhstan , our friend and guide Alex assured us not to worry as he would sort it for us. Two hours later after an epic morning Frisbee session with a local Ukrainian boy they miraculously re-materialised with two great detailed maps and then whisked us away for a stock replenishing shopping trip. After a makeshift lunch of salami and cheese sandwiches an energetic kick-about ensued with a very enthusiastic nurse, which eventually drew to a close when we remembered that Burt had a plane to catch. On getting to the Airport we all made good use of the facilities and said our tearful goodbyes to Burt. Braving the hectic rush-hour traffic once more we headed out of Kiev .
